You must not share your username or password with any third party. phshy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phshy may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete required verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your phshy account at any time by contacting customer support. phshy reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phshy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at phshy's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phshy is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to phshy's anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Processing Times. phshy endeavours to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and whether account verification has been completed. phshy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on phshy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phshy does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. phshy does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended.
4.7 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phshy reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule.
5.1 phshy may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phshy reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your phshy account without notice.
5.5 phshy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during a game session, phshy reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round to the player's account. phshy's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. phshy is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phshy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phshy platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 phshy's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phshy does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phshy will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phshy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 phshy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phshy platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 phshy implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phshy cannot guarantee absolute data security.
